Let’s Work Together!
Asking for help and making changes can be difficult – your courage in reaching out is the first step in moving toward the life you want to live.
To me, there is no greater privilege than being entrusted with someone’s story. Engaging in counselling is a vulnerable and sacred experience that requires courage, safety, and trust. Please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to explore whether I am the best person to support you in your counselling journey.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
$300 | 80 mins
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a form of information reprocessing which may help the brain address unhelpful memories. It appears that ART may have faster outcomes than some of the long and emotionally distressing work often involved in the treatment of anxiety, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress symptoms (such as intrusive thoughts, nightmares, and flashbacks), dissociative disorders, depression, phobias, identity crisis, and other traumatic experiences.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
